About Paul Martino

Paul Martino has been involved locally in personal fitness since 1996. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a degree in Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements), Paul continued his education as an intern at Midwest Sports Training Center and Hammons Heart Institute. He is a Certified Personal Trainer / member of the National Strength and Conditioning Associating (NSCA) and continues his education through seminars and conferences around the country.

About Andy Schaefer

Andy Schaefer is trainer and co-owner of Martino Training Systems and has been involved health and wellness since 2010. Andy graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Master of Science Degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management. Throughout his personal and professional life, Andy’s passions have always been health, nutrition and fitness from which have evolved since being a college athlete, police officer and now a fitness professional. Andy’s philosophy when training clients is to Move, Feel and Look better!

Our programs are geared towards men and women who are 18 years and above that have a good knowledge and understanding of exercise, have motivation to improve but may need that extra push and accountability. We will take our vast experience in personal training and athletic performance to help you reach your individual fitness goals.

Whether you are a stay at home mom who wants to get back in that bikini, a young man who wants to lean up and lose fat, or an busy working professional that wants to improve overall health and functionality. MTS has the program for you!

Before your training option expires you will be contacted by Martino Training Systems to continue on your current plan or make any changes that are necessary.

If you choose not to continue you will lose access to any online account information and exercise library. To have access to your online account you must be current on your account or you lose privileges to the training and the account.

We are located in the heart of Springfield, Missouri.  Our training facility is located in Suite #104.
