Programs are designed with three separate monthly options. All programs are designed to enhance one's fitness level, athletic performance, and overall health no matter what level you start.  

MTS Online will help you get started and continue on your fitness path to reach your goals!  All options will provide complete direction with consistent encouragement throughout the week and access to the training staff when you need it.

  • Weekly phone or Skype calls to review and discuss plan (if needed)

  • Communication access to your coach through email/app texting

  • Nutritional  instruction

  • Individualized exercise routine

  • Computer/mobile app access to your personalized account

Option One: 3 Programs / week

Option Three: 5+ Programs / week

At time of signup you will receive a health questionnaire as well as a letter of commitment form that will need to be signed and electronically returned to begin program.
